Terms and Conditions
1.
A booking deposit of £100 per week is required to reserve
the cottage. E mail or telephone bookings will be reserved for
5 days pending deposit.
2. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A receipt
and directions will be sent on receipt of final payment.
3. If you cancel your holiday, you must inform us in writing. The
following charges will apply.

4. It is advised that you have holiday insurance to cover the possibility
of having to cancel your holiday.
5. Hirers must be over 18yrs of age at time of booking
6. The cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 persons. Arrival commences
from 4pm on day of arrival and the cottage will be vacated
by 10am on the day of departure. (If you require the cottage
earlier please call)
7. The hirer is responsible for the property, all equipment during
the period of hire, for the clean condition of all utensils at the
end of the hire; remove all personal food and perishable items,
otherwise a charge of £15 will be made.
8. The hirer must accept responsibility for damage caused to the
cottage and its contents during their stay and will be liable for
the cost of repair or replacement.
9. The hirer should notify the owner of any faults found on arrival
or during their stay so that we can ensure the cottage is properly
maintained.
10. A security deposit of £50 must be paid on arrival.
This will be returned to you within 7 days provided we are
satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied
with.
11. Pets are welcome; we would ask guests to keep them off the beds
and furniture. It shall be the responsibility of the pet owner to
keep pets under control as this is a working farm.
12. Euro cheques made out in sterling. Payment by bank transfer
to be made in pounds sterling. Bank details supplied on request.
The hirer must pay all bank charges.
13. We can refuse any booking before we issue a confirmation, and
in such cases we will promptly return any monies you have paid and
be under no other liability.
14. Non payment of your balance monies, when they become due, will
constitute cancellation of the hire.
15. If you book the cottage less than 6 weeks from its start
date, the full holiday cost must be paid before we can issue the
confirmation.
